Dog Training Tip #2 Tasty Treats
Have lots of tasty treats and favorite toys to reward your dog's progress and attention while dog training. Having a variety of rewards keeps your dog engaged and excited about training longer. Use high value food rewards like cheese, hot dogs, liver, and lunch meat cut up into small bite-size pieces. Reward often. Don't be stingy with your rewards while training.

Clicker Training the Hand Target
Here are some videos of us learning some new basic tricks that really help with Doggie Dancing. This trick here is the hand target and Melanie uses it with us to teach us where she wants to move us. Notice she uses a clicker to help with training, it really helps us know exactly what she wants and we love the tasty treats.
